To ensure I can continue providing the best service to you and all my clients, I have a few important guidelines I ask you to keep in mind: * Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. * Repeated Cancellations: If cancellations within 24 hours happen more than once, you may no longer be able to book future appointments. * Rebooking Fee: A $10 rebooking fee will apply for any rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours. * No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will not be able to reschedule. * Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I offer a 10-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be canceled. * By booking an appointment, you're agreeing to these policies. I completely understand that things come up unexpectedly, and l ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
